  • I would never rent through this company again. The beginning process was pretty smooth along with first inspection but then 2 weeks later they wanted to do another inspection to get a different mortgage rate for the owner of the home. The lady never showed as I had to put my dogs away, I sat waiting for 30 minutes and finally called they said the lady wasn't available that day and to call her. She said she was coming the next day, once again I had to place my dogs. The owner backed out and there was no longer an inspection. I had health issues come up causing financial strain, when we called to talk to Golba they understood and was going to give us a longer grace period to get the funds. Nope 5 days later got certified mail and charges upon charges. We have always paid on time if not early and yet even when we called and they said they were understanding they could care less about their tenants. Needless to say we are not renewing our lease and thank goodness this house has cracks and linoleum that was ripping up before we rented im sure they will charge us out the wazoo for that too.
