  • BOOOOOOO!! This place is a scam. I disclosed myself, and my wife have cancer, and are loosing our home. We contacted this Joke, and this half ass Real-estate agent who could have cared less about our circumstances. Horrible practices! Ripped me off 100.00 App fee's I disclosed I had to do a Chapt 13, to help myself, and wife out of debt from healthcare issues. Her words EXCATLY They only care about no evictions, and pay rent on time.. Well that is me!! Been renting 18 years, NO PROBLEMS All I got in response:: "Unfortunately the owners have denied the applications. Best of luck in your home search" Respectfully, Nicole Carlson She NEVER returned MY calls, texts, emails as of why I was denied??? Wife had to call from 3 different numbers to find out why the denial. I have NEVER been denied a rental property. This shady renters warehouse has a monthly denial quota and APP fee's! And doesn't care about their prospective renters. Since this situation, I charged back, and got my APP fee's back. My remarks stand. Renters Ware House is defiantly not there to help RENTERS.
