I have been a customer for almost 20 year's. Recently I had an issue. My boyfriend and I both talked to the receptionist and was told two different times that they opened at 6 am on Saturday. We got there at 6 and saw they don't open till 7. Yes. I was angry. Dr. Ceballos did not offer an apology and instead blamed us for not checking his website. Why would I Check when we both talked to someone directly ? He went on and on about how he is the hardest working doctor in Vegas. Who cares. Has zero to do with this. We were there the time we were told to board our cat. After we both apoligized for our tone and everything was "cool" I get a certified letter saying we need to find a new vet. Saying we have complained numerous times. In almost 20 year's we complain once and are no longer welcomed. At least I can blast his letter all over the web so you can see how unprofessional it is.. Not to mention he hasn't returned my calls. I have learned from this letter that he is a jerk and has done this to others. A good business would respond to complaints and try to fix them. He won't even take my calls and uses his poor office manager as a messenger between us. What a wuss.
