I lived in Arizona for 20 years and I was born and raised in New York so when it comes to pizza, I have a pretty good idea what to look for in a good pie.
Ok first let's look at the crust, New Yorkers fold pizza and when you fold a slice of pizza the crust should crack similar to a taco shell and that is what you get here in this place. The second thing is the sauce, this sauce has a sweet flavorful taste that goes so perfectly with the crust and of course the cheese. The cheese is excellent. It is the absolute best pizza I ever had in Arizona and don't gimme that gormet stuff. Gimme a slice on a paper plate and we're done!
