| - I am so torn, do you give a store a bad review if you had a bad experience with one of their cashiers? I'd say maybe not, but I will do it anyway in spite the fact that the manager happens to be the nicest, most understanding and professional guy ever. I went to the store on my way to work around 7:30, needed some Kellogg's protein shakes and silly me I had a coupon, I never do coupons but this one was too good to ignore, it was buy one get one free. So I came up to the cashier to get through what I thought would be a quick check out. And it should have been, but it all turned into a slow motion drama, he mumbled things, he applied the coupon wrong, he was rude, unfriendly, and just plain bitter. And as he is moving in his slow-mo the line is growing... The pressure!!! I felt very uncomfortable now not only the bitter cashier hates me but a line of about 10 people. Is it really that hard to scan a coupon?! I blame the store for having outdated, inefficient equipment that cashiers have a hard time using, I also have a problem with a store that prides itself on being open 24 hours a day and has one person in the store doing everything., even answering calls!! It's a big store! I'm somewhat sorry for the guy, but it's not my problem. It's not personal. It's business.
