  • Just pulled up, no one in either lane, 3 guys out there, but all ignoring. Pulled up to the stop sign where a gentleman was standing, and he walked off. We stepped out of the car, and he just stared at us. Asked us who's car it was... why would that even matter? Asked if we wanted a wax. Said no, just wanted a basic wash. Again tried to upsell me, I declined. Asked me if I wanted to get a tire shine, I declined. Then said I should get a better wash. My car wasn't that dirty, but had just taken a trip up north, so needed a basic wash. Again, i declined, and was firm that i only needed a basic wash, as the car is parked in a dirt lot. He then asked why we were getting it washed if it was going into a dirt lot. Seriously? Does he NOT want a job?!? I then said basic wash, end of discussion. He then told my fiance that we should upgrade. If I had time to just leave and go elsewhere, I would have. Will NEVER return here. Asking once or twice, I can appreciate that. Any more, and it becomes harassment. $15 for what i can get at a self serve for $3.
