  • Quicken Loan Officer, Chris Klemmer, was very unhelpful and patronizing. He was hesitant in providing the current mortgage rates and made patronizing comments about my limited experience in obtaining loans. When he finally provided the information, I inquired about what factors are being taken into consideration in the quote, he confirmed that the quote did not take into account many of the factors that other loan officers include in an initial quote (e.g. purchase price, % down, credit, etc.). Also, the quote he provided was not consistent with the rate that was provided on the Quicken website. If you are trying to obtain an estimate on the loan rates, be careful when calling Quicken Loans because you may not be getting a comparable estimate.
