  • After four years at McGill, Else's is still in my top 3 for favorite bars. Not only are there multiple strings of Christmas lights (obsessed) but my friends and I sometimes just went there for some of the best nachos I've ever had. Lots of different beer choices (i.e., the Snakebite and Golden Velvet were mixes of beers with Guinness and cream ale.. delicious). The music was always fantastic, and the servers were always polite and crush-worthy. A little off the beaten path, but that only added to its appeal. Lots of different groups of people there, and free wifi during the day!
