  • SUMMARY: Purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback and had Shane install the Xpel Ultimate 3/4 clear bra. Both Shane and Barbara were professional and courteous with up-front pricing. Barbara even recommended a lower priced option stating that it'd be useless to spend money on a more expensive option on my car. This is a honest, detail-oriented installer. The clear-bra cured nicely with no air bubbles and it isn't noticeable. I had to leave the car over the weekend and they locked up the vehicle in their shop in a covered spot. PROS: - Flawless execution - Excellent customer service - Great, up-front pricing and communication - Honest CONS: - Slightly expensive - However, it is worth every penny spent. I'd much rather pay an extra couple of hundred dollars to ensure that the vehicle will be treated with care, and the installation will be perfect than having to correct a poor installation. The XPEL Ultimate Clear-Bra is notoriously difficult to install properly. If you want to be assured that the installation and workmanship is precise and top-notch, go to Shane. You won't be disappointed.
