  • Excellent work! We needed a water heater replacement and Terry came out very quickly, which we appreciated - especially since it was a Saturday. The initial consultation was free, and I had a quote from another company (home depot servicer) that he said he would match. We had a very unique situation with our water heater and Terry was flexible thru the whole process, and worked with me at each step to find the best and most cost-effective solution. From the other reviews, I'm not sure about the other techs, but I would highly recommend Terry. My interactions with the main office were iffy, but I was 5-star happy with the work that was done, and in the end the office called to make sure that everything went well. That customer service call from the office was a nice touch.
