I brought in the estimate from Newport Collision (approximately $220) for the cost to buff out the scratches that I had pointed out during my vehicle inspection with Nick Jr (salesperson) and Krystal (customer service). Nick Jr told me upon purchasing a vehicle that United Nissan could get me a discount with Newport Collision and Krystal told me that the cost would be covered as long as I brought in the estimate.
Today I was basically called a liar by both Nick Jr and Krystal. Krystal continuously said she never told me that even though it was written down on the delivery sheet that I received a copy of and she conveniently couldn't find our paperwork through a stack of other vehicle purchase paperwork (I have the yellow copy which states "buff entire vehicle" handwritten by Krystal). I told Krystal that when I picked up my white slip from her that I reverified the buff entire vehicle was in the system which she stated it was. Today she denied saying that and said I didn't talk to her, even going as far as saying well now your changing your story.
Nick Jr yelled at me in front of other customers and United Nissan staff. I told him I don't appreciate being disrespected and that I no longer wanted to talk to him and requested a manager. He left and came back saying since I had the paint protection plan on my vehicle and that I could file a claim (he initially told me when I purchased the vehicle that I couldn't use the protection plan at that time). At this point I was walking out of the door and he yelled at me regarding the feedback I had left in the survey I'd received from Nissan. Nick Jr followed me out of the building yelling at me while I walked quickly to my vehicle.
I do not appreciate being demeaned, harassed and disrespected. I have NEVER been treated SO BADLY in my life!!! I did try to talk to a manager over the phone and felt he dismissed my concerns.
