  • I really liked their cupcakes, but I needed mine for a certain time. I got there a few minutes early and they wouldn't let me in, left me wait outside while they pointed to the clock it wasn't time for them to open. I ordered them ahead of time, so they knew I was coming. What about customer service? The owner was very good communicating with me, but I wish she would be more accommodating about picking up orders before their opening time.
