  • I've been to this location many times. The food is the same as any other location but the service and accuracy here are below standard. My most recent visit was for breakfast. I used the drive thru and my order was accurately displayed on the screen. I didn't bother checking my order before I left because I had a been simple order. I received one breakfast sandwich correctly (minus the extra cheese I paid for), a breakfast sandwich that wasn't correct, and I was missing a hash brown. I called the location and spoke with a supervisor to let them know if the error. They couldn't care less. I'm sure my order would have been fixed if I went back, but I didn't think it was worth it. This was just the most recent visit. One evening I ordered inside and it was a long wait. The cashier decided to do one order at a time; she wouldn't assist the next person in line until the previous customer received their food. There wasn't a staffing shortage, either. I have had more negative experiences here than positive. I'll continue to visit this location, but I always do it during off-peak times.
