The management here is terrible. Argumentative and unhelpful. After being sent in circles and getting upset I called for a manager. I was treated as If i should be appreciative of any kind of help. Excuse me but i am the customer and I shouldn't have to bend over backwards to help you find a receipt in your computer or you to follow your warranty. Sorry but I will not bow down to get what i paid for. So I left went to the Maryland location by far a better experience. Who by the way located my receipt in seconds and exchanged my product under the warranty i paid for. I would suggest best buy clear the staff out at this location and start over. Some of the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever experienced.
