I have been coming here for a year and a half it had always been an okay car wash. But it has gone from okay to bad. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them over this time for upgrades on car detail, oil changes etc for our 2 cars. So here is my first, only & last review...
So I visit before Thanksgiving to get my truck cleaned before our road trip to CA. The advisor explained a prepaid car detail & he would throw in ultimate, leather treatment interior and mats washed at no charge. I thought it sounded good as I knew it would need extra care upon in return from CA. I asked how long it would take- he said they weren't busy - 30 minutes. An hour & 10 minutes later... No car mats washed, steps on truck not cleaned & no leather treatment. I had no more time but Lawrence one of the detail managers promised to take care of me when I returned from our road trip.
So I go in for my prepaid detail appointment and was told it would take 4 hours... Luckily I was off & could grab lunch and do shopping in the nearby shops. After 3 hours they call & say it's ready. Well as I approached I could see road tar on back bumper. So a gray shirt guy approached and asked what I thought and I pointed out not happy and pointed the black road tar that easily viewed on a white truck!!! Needless to say, I tip and leave after its wiped down. The windshield was so smeared & not noticeable under the covered area they detailed it. The leather conditioning was the worst I ever have had there. The best I could describe what it looked like is the wiped the leather down with toilet paper... Just awful. I had to pick up a friend that afternoon and she went to get in and looked at the seat skeptical whether to sit down or not. I was embarrassed, not for me but your company & my friend knows where to it take her car for detailing too as she sat in your work.
