  • Great service today! I'd especially like to recognize Barbara C. for her outstanding customer service and super friendly attitude. I'd also like to mention the friendly service gentleman that checked me in outside, but unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I arrived first thing this morning since my service light was on, and I didn't want to put it off since I am driving to California this weekend with my family. I guess I came at the right time as it wasn't very busy yet. The Service Dept. checked me in and within a few minutes of waiting in the lovely lounge, I was called to meet with Barbara. Her friendly attitude was a breath of fresh air, and her willingness to fit me in today was a relief. The shuttle wasn't going in my direction and Barbara stated it might be best to wait since I wouldn't be too long. I waited exactly how long she expected and my car was serviced and washed. When i originally went to receive my car, Barbara even noticed I was waiting longer than expected so she ran to the back of the lot to see what was going on with my car. She then invited me back inside and apologized that it was taking a little longer to be washed. It wasn't much longer at all, but I did appreciate her going out of her way to check on me and the car. The customer service at Lexus of L.V. is excellent and exactly what I was promised at purchase time. Thank you. My only suggestion is to find someone as friendly and customer oriented at the service dept. call center. When i had called yesterday to try and schedule an appointment, I got the feeling I was annoying her or waking her from her nap both times. But today's service made up for that. Thank you again Barbara C!
