| - Tonight was my first night participating in this kind of activity. I had seen lots of advertisements for Paint Nite, which is geared towards adults only. I found Gogh Paint after a Google search. Their website is very informative, and I like that they have painting instruction for all age groups. I asked if my son (who is 10) could participate in tonight's art activity, and was told that as long as I didn't have an issue that some adults may be sipping wine/beer, then there wasn't an issue. I was glad I was able to bring him. I was allowed to bring my own bottle of sparkling grapejuice, which was nice. So my son and I sipped on that while the other ladies partook in whatever spirit they brought. The class was very low-key, and there were about 8 people, so it was nice and small. The atmosphere was very fun and inviting, and Amy was very good at encouraging my son when he had some difficulty with understanding the color-mixing instructions. Overall, my son and I had a blast, and he would like to make this a regular activity. Thank you SO much Amy for your welcoming attitude and hospitality. Thank you for your patience with my son, and for making our experience so enjoyable!
