| - Been in a nightmare with Centurylink...totally lied to...and keeps changing my rate since I have auto-pay for the so called discount, they can choose to do what ever they want and they know how busy everyone is, so we will probably not catch it...and when you do its a bogus story. On top of that the box I bought a few years ago only will holdup to 20 speed...I have only 10...the girl told me she would hook me up to 20 for 35.00 MONTH...II agreed... had the 40.00 a month for life with free upgrades ....not true...son she never fixed my bill and she never hooked up the 20....so now I still PAY 40.00 of 10?? WTH??? outrageous.... spent hours and hours and days and days trying to fix this....only to have to discontinue my service all together....then only to find out ...they all suck!! So went to Sam's Club and got Cox, they never even showed up for the install....no call, no show!! cancelled them too....ugh!! NOW WHAT?? Went to this store...was going to go ahead and buy the new box and up my speed...the lady was rude, no smile, drove all the way there to uncancel and give them more money and the two ladies working were pissed cz no one was in the store and I walked in and now they have to help me...she did not want to, wish I noted her name!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE....centurylink is the devil. 3 years, auto pay, no late payments...=..good customer!! If you did not have customers, you would not have a job...well you lost one and its your fault...couldnt get anywhere on the phone so I came all the way there in person to buy a box, uncancel my subscription, up my service....and thats what I get....thanks a lot
