Yay!
This is an amazing market. It's outdoors but it's also semi-covered so you can still enjoy it in inclement weather. There are several stalls with various produce, maple syrup and candy, cheese, meat, flowers, and even a stand devoted to chili peppers.
If I were lucky enough to live here, I'd do my grocery shopping at Jean-Talon. But since I was only here on holiday, I got myself a pint of Quebecois strawberries (which were so sweet they tasted like candy) and a few tiny jars of maple butter to bring home as souvenirs.
