  • I cannot implore you enough to strongly reconsider working with this company. While there were normal issues with our flooring installation (e.g. cutting of flooring in our pantry leaving 2 inches of dust on the floor which they did vacuum but left dust everywhere, did not deliver stair risers as contracted until it was pointed out, and more) the major issue is how they treated us when their supplier did them wrong. They installed an entire house worth of flooring that was the wrong color. Using their "expert opinion" to argue that we didn't know wood flooring and that it was correct. Only to find out later, when another box was ordered for minor repairs, that the colors were obviously different. In their defense, the supplier labeled the boxes incorrectly. However, we paid Little Wood and they refuse to stand up to their supplier for the mistake. Leaving us with the incorrect flooring. Good customer service so long as everything goes right. When it goes bad they may leave you with the bill. You have other options for flooring companies. Check them out first.
