  • Horrible! I to feel so bad for not looking at the reviews first for this horrible company. They quoted us for a 3 room deal ...price being two digits, then when the arrived to do carpet, guy was up selling forever, price was three times over what they quoted on the phone. Kept it up and kept it up saying that if they did the deal we were quoted the carpet would look exactly the same. Talked me and my husband into twice over what we were quoted because we really needed a good job done on the carpets. Carpets came out horrible. I think they only used water. They are so dirty and very crusty. I'm so upset and feel totally taken advantage of, I will say the guy Carson was nice and even brought me my diamond earrings he found on the floor. Great guy working for a horrible company.
