Had the worst experience in getting added to my boyfriend's current mobile plan. Firstly, the first time we went in today the system was down, which is fine, I understand that technical difficulties happen, but the employees weren't apologetic in any way. When we came back 45 minutes later the employee we dealt with seemed to have no idea what he was doing and didn't apply my trade-in towards my new phone. We got charged way more than we expected and the employee didn't offer any solutions except to keep my current phone and bring it back another day. Now we have to come back in to try to explain this to another employee and get a credit for my trade-in. It took at least 45 minutes for this simple procedure. Not a happy customer as the joy of getting a new phone was ruined by this frustrating experience. :(
