  • *This location is inside Concord Mills Mall, beside Rack Room Shoes. It is not the one on Speedway Blvd. / Bruton Smith. This one has a pretty open layout, but is jammed with Starbucks merchandise. From what I could tell, it was clean. The baristas here are pretty slow; today they had one taking customer's orders & one actually making the beverages. For a line of about 4 of us, the wait time was about 10 minutes to even get my order in. They are nice & friendly however. My Caramel Brûlée was prepared perfectly.
