  • Just wanted to followup because since my initial visit, I have returned to Motorcars Downtown because my car started making some awful noises. When I described the issue over the phone, they squeezed me right away and were able to replace my brakes that day. I feel that they gave me a totally fair assessment of the issues the car was experiences and patiently explained everything and gave me a few options as to how they could proceed. They also told me a few things to keep my eye on and a heads up on additional repairs that might be needed in the coming year - but gave me no pressure to have everything taken care of immediately. It is just so comforting to have a car place that gives you the feeling that they actually care about you, and do honest work. I want to let people know about it.
