Great sales staff however everything else is an horrendous experience.
1. Made multiple separate orders of furniture. Each time I was assured that they were linked and that all the pieces would come on the same day. Despite more than 3 phone calls, the problem was never fixed although the rep each time I assured me that it was. Received multiple emails and messages that the furniture was coming on a day that I didn't schedule for.
2. Bed frame was installed incorrectly. The installer had flipped the headboard, making the backside the front. Claimed it was an error in the product and that this happens all the time. Luckily I had a subcontractor in the room working on the curtains who pointed out the mistake to him. How does a curtain guy know more about how to install the furniture than the Living Spaces people?
3. Dresser was never delivered. Driver argued that it was never ordered. Had to show him my receipt that I had in fact ordered and paid for it. Called again and was told it was on backorder. Had called multiple times that week and was never told this. This was never a phone or email to notify me of this. If it had been I would've rescheduled the delivery to a date in which all the items can come at once instead of wasting time on the phone and with another delivery that may again be defective.
4. There's more but let's just leave it at if you are going to buy from here only buy one item. They cannot handle anything more complicated than that.
