Coury went above and beyond to help me with a problem that I was having with my phone while charging. While charging, I started getting frequent messages that I was using the wrong charger, and they became almost constant. He determined that it was not a software issue, as I was told, by a Verizon rep, at another store. I was told that I was going to have to wipe the phone and do a factory reset. He plugged my phone into my own charger and saw the problem. He confirmed that it was the problem, by plugging my phone into an identical charger that he had. It worked fine. He gave me the charger that worked, and the phone has worked well and charging just fine. I believe in letting people know, when I get excellent customer service. I'm grateful that that is what I received from Coury at the Chandler Village Verizon store. Sharing is caring.
