  • What a disappointing experience. The food itself was good. We arrived pretty early and it wasn't crowded at all. My challenge is that we waited 45 minutes for our main course. We ordered steaks... Which didn't arrive until 30 minutes after our salad was complete. Thank god we started with salad... I was hungry. After 20 minutes I flagged down the busy staff in an empty restaurant to ask about our food. When it arrived 10 minutes later they apologized and ran away. They gave me plenty of time to ponder the demise of the situation, and this most certainly is a kitchen nightmare. It doesn't matter how good your food is if you can't get it out the door. At $33 for a steak and salad, spend a moment with me to own up to the fact that something went wrong. You dropped off my meal with a sorry and ran off. You dropped the ball in the back of the house and in the front of the house. I have heard so many great things about Binks from my foodie friends, and I was super excited to go there. All in all- I wouldn't recommend Binks when there are so many other excellent options in the area.
