  • I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and I can't say I have a single complaint. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and more then willing to work with me to accommodate my unique situation. I live about 200 miles away so they are always very helpful in scheduling me. My therapist is wonderful and very attentive to my needs and whats going on with me. I always thought therapy would be a waste of time and I could just talk to a friend to get the same result. Boy was I wrong! Now when in a difficult situation, I find myself thinking "What would Sierra say?" or "What tools that you've learned could apply to this situation?" Overall I think this office is great and very considerate to their patients! --My only complaint would be for the general call center that you call to schedule appointments. I've had quite a few rude individuals that were 100% not helpful to my situation of living far away and basically told me "tough luck". Now not saying every person I've spoke to has been that way, there are a few pleasant folks. But for the most part I dread calling to schedule or reschedule an appointment.
