I do enjoy the lululemon attire for my athletic needs but my experience at this location had me pulling my hair out.
I found a nice pant but had to choose a tall length and have it hemmed. Despite a lot of sales people milling around, there was a fairly long wait to have someone mark the hem. After only one pin was placed I was told to remove the pant and fill out the paperwork. This was also the first time I was told that the pant would be ready Tuesday morning at the store opening for pick- up. Before I even finished filling out the paperwork a second individual told me that the pants would be ready Tuesday morning and to pick them up at the back counter.
After proceeding to the cashier, I was told by 2 more employees that my pants would be ready Tuesday morning. Yup, got it, Tuesday morning.
My husband and I were visiting from Vancouver and our trips to Calgary are usually jam packed so we arranged our schedule to pick up my pants on Tuesday morning. We go to the back counter to find out that the date on the claim check says the following day. Now I don't know about you, but 90% of the time I do not know what the date is but I do know when Tuesday is. The implication was that somehow we were insane and that we were hearing voices that whispered "Tuesday" to us. Nevertheless, they would try to get the pants for later that day.
We rearrange our schedule to pick them up Tuesday evening. I try the pants on and they were at least an inch too long. At least they didn't imply that I had somehow shrunk along with hearing voices! I took the pants home to Vancouver to have them hemmed at a local store rather than try and deal with this location any longer.
