  • This place is not competitively priced, and after a thorough investigation of competitor's prices, I discovered that we paid MORE THAN DOUBLE the market rate!!! Sadly, I did NOT shop around after we were quoted $1,000 for a "deep teeth cleaning." I agreed to pay it, because I was really busy at the moment, and that is what I agreed to. I confronted the office manager Hilda, and told her that I decided to call a few places while my significant other was having the work done, and the highest quote I received was only $500 for the same thing!! For example, Bella Smiles quoted me only $400 for the exact same deep cleaning procedure. I asked Hilda to re-think their pricing and to provide a competitive price, but was told the price was the price. She was polite, but I got the impression she takes her marching orders from the corporation that owns this dental office, and ultimately she wasn't willing to bend at all. So we will be finding another place to do some much more expensive orthodontic work. Goodbye. You nailed me once, but you won't be doing it again. Knowingly being overcharged at least $500 is not a good feeling. Ouch! Don't let this happen to you. Shop around first no matter how busy you are! I made the mistake of not looking on yelp before visiting this place! Now I'm kicking myself..... don't make the same mistake and if you are quoted anything from this place, call at least one other place and you'll see that they are ridiculously overpriced. I hope this review can help someone save some money. :)
