I'm impressed with their quality. I've eaten about 8 different Vietnamese restaurants looking for that pho that makes me want to come back and here it is. The meat isn't old like at most pho restaurants in town and the broth is flavorful. They don't pile a load of mint leaves and sprouts just to make it look like you're getting a deal they give you enough to fill your bowl without wasting. Their fried egg rolls were very crispy and the sauce to dip it in wasn't sweet and thick it was palatable. The iced tea had a touch of the culture which gives it a nice complimentary taste to the meal. It was a little confusing finding the place because there aren't signs on the marquees and it is the old diner lol. All you need is a big conspicuous sign on top of the restaurant with bold colors. I read someone else's review and naming it Vietnamese diner is appropriate and cute idea! The only complaint is to air out the place it feels stuffy and stale.
