rev:text	Never ever ever ever bring your car in for service here. You figure that the largest BMW dealership in the GTA would have great service. I mean it's got the pretty design outside and the tower of m3s and the mini dealership in the back. I haven't encountered the sales staff as clearly I already have the car but the service department...horrible. I, personally took the car here for service, I had an appointment early in the morning for 9am. I asked for a courtesy car as I had to go to school that day. They gave me a Honda Civic...how is that in any way the same class as my car being serviced. I asked them to call me when the car was ready to be picked up. So only a few hours later I received the call and rushed back to pick up the car. When I got there...I still had to wait another 45 minutes before they were ready for me. Seriously? It's a good thing that they have a good waiting area with snacks and drinks and what not. But I'm not the only one that has had problems with the service people because sometimes it's a gender thing (ya, I know). Every time my dad brings the car in, he has a complaint as well. I don't know...maybe we're too high maintenance but when I pay so much for a car, am I not entitled to be a bit high maintenance? In any case, I have never been back to the service department and take my business elsewhere. Oh and another thing, they're detailing sucks! They washed the outside of the car and that's it. Could've at least wiped the inside down.
