  • Got my car inspected, new tires along with an alignment. I couldn't be more pleased. The service mgr worked with me & performed Intel on the best tires for my own particular needs. Not only are these folks genuinely sincere but they went out of their way to make my experience effortless. Offered me a loaner that I really didn't need but that in itself was impressive. Btw, my car is 8 years old & they treated it like it just came off the showroom floor. This was my 2nd great experience. Additionally, I had priced services & parts with other so called Audi repair shops & West Liberty was competitive or lower. You got to love Audi.
