  • been going to various starbucks for decades. Loooooongest wait I have ever experienced. Took 20 plus minutes for a pour over and hot chocolate. Grossly understaffed must be very poor management on A Sunday. will NEVER return to this store. Everyone very frustrated. IGNORED people inside and concentrated on drive through.
