  • If 0 stars were an option, that is the rating I would give this company. Drove the car into the shop, not great vehicle, but running regardless. I needed a full tune-up in order to get an inspection to get a tag for the vehicle. They put in spark plug wires, incorrectly mind you, and then tell me the vehicle is no longer working. I get contacted by someone higher up telling me they will tow the vehicle to another mechanic. Then they go back on their word. Instead they want to get insurance involved. The car sits there for 3 weeks. Insurance finally says it was the mechanics fault for incorrectly putting in the spark plug wires. Oh i forgot to mention they take out the new spark plugs they put in and put in the old spark plugs. So they have the car for 3 weeks and have done absolutely nothing. Now here is the crazy part, the vehicle works with the engine light off once they put the old spark plugs back in. Ultimately, they held my car for 3 weeks. Trying to get an inspection done, I asked them if they could just inspect the vehicle. They asked if they could hold it for one more day. I agreed. Surprise surprise, i called the next day and the inspection is not completed because they are busy. The lack of communication and the simple lack of respect. My car had been there for 3 weeks. It should of held some priority. But it did not. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They cannot even put on spark plugs correctly. I would hate to see how they do your oil changes and tire rotations. Hopefully they do it correctly!! They will not call you and communicate. Horrible Horrible company. Steer Clear. There are enough mechanics in the Charlotte area to avoid this one.
