  • Butch was very friendly with myself as well as other customers (I was eavesdropping on conversations). When he inspected my car he said everything looked good except install of the hardware kit on my rear brakes. He said it looked new otherwise and that if I got some work done recently to bring it back and they should fix that for free. With that said, I let him fix it for me and he also showed me exactly what the issue was with the rear brakes hardware was put in incorrectly. He fixed it, brought it down and it was still squealing. So he popped off the front brakes and after closely inspecting it, the front brakes were also improperly put in. So he fixed it as well but only charged me for the rear brakes fix since we had agreed upon that (i was fully prepared to pay for both front and back repair, since i was peeved at my powdercoating guy who put my brakes back on incorrectly initially). So to summarize, they do honest work, don't price gouge, and their customer service is superb. After finishing this up, I'm going to try to find a way to let the company know what a great job he is doing.
