rev:text	Why are you scheduling 6 months worth of appointments for a patient while forcing me and another patient to wait unnecessarily? Those appointments could've been scheduled after we had been served. The other patient just needed to drop off his specimen, but he was forced to wait nearly 15 minutes, then he was sent away in a puff, because he didn't have some paperwork. I had an appointment at 6:30 am, have been waiting outside since 6:20 am, and it's 6:50 am and I still haven't been seen. I was first in, yet patients arriving after me have been seen before me. One was served at 6:45 am. Now it's 7:00 am, and yet another patient was seen before me. I just asked when I would be served, and I was told that I was next. But why wasn't I first? I arrived first, and I had an appointment at 6:30 am. I have to be at work at 8:00 am, and I need to grab something to eat before then. I won't be returning to this location. What an inefficient, disorderly mess.
