  • I'm someone who relies on people to be timely. Eric made an appointment, but he didn't show up on time. He delayed several hours, and didn't bother to let me know until I after I called him because he was late. This guy may not show up on time, but he really knows how trade. I had him replace my window regulator, and he was able to order the part and replace it two days later. He does a good job, he is nice, and I would choose him again. I paid him $40 for labor and $90 for the part. He told me that he would email me an invoice, but that hasn't happened and I doubt it will. Everyone else gave him positive reviews, I think he deserves it. However, he could use some help with a secretary or using a planner.
