  • I rarely waste time complaining, particularly online, however I am posting as a warning to all- I strongly advise you to not waste your money here. Go to SALLY BEAUTY instead. This store basically just provides poor quality & awful customer service via their unqualified staff - at your expense. I've been in 5 times now, 1 visit was to purchase- the others were to show the ever changing management staff the problems that their awful , "top of the line" products were causing me. I spent hundreds of dollars here, they wouldn't even agree to exchange out the product. I couldn't decide if my favorite excuse for not returning or exchanging was "the employee who advised you to purchase this poor quality product was fired because she didn't know what she was doing" ...(why is such poor quality product on the floor In the first place?) or " Arizona has different water, so the lack of quality you are experiencing with the product is not our fault" (they continued their attempts to stand by this excuse even after I told them that I use purified water only). The owner does not return calls or try to help mitigate- though to be fair, Im not 100% sure that my calls and emails weren't intercepted by their staff. Don't waste your time or money
