This review is solely for the men spa and steam room areas.
Not bad at all, despite the size. Was a bit tight for my security but we made it work.
On my Vegas trips, I usually enjoy big spa's like the one at Caesar's Palace or the Bellagio.
This visit I was short in time as I had to meet with Don in DC, so I used the spa at the Vdara, where I was staying.
I was reluctant initially, as I've read that the spa is very small.
That been said, when it comes to amenities, there is no difference between 4 hot tubs and 1 hot tub, if the one hot tub is all yours to use. Steam room and dry sauna are set for a perfect heat (I like it quite hot). The only challenge, like in many other steam rooms, sometime you need to pour cold water on the thermostat for new steam to come out.
The facility is very clean and has everything one needs, similar to other spa's.
The service is very welcoming and accommodating. They provide a brief tour and help set up the locker for you. There is also a cozy lounge area with teas and snacks.
Mistakenly I threw my swim trunks into the laundry basket along with my towel, prior to leaving.
I retuned and they had it ready for me in a plastic bag, no questions asked, no leaks to the media.
The only negative feedback I have is about the entry fee for hotel guests, which is $30.
Although you can come back anytime throughout the day for free, I feel that it's a bit much for hotel guests, if not free, then $20 max would be appropriate, in my opinion.
All in all, I would recommend checking it out if staying at the Vdara, instead of running between different spas, as it will save you time on your visit.
