  • Called them in advance and asked them if they could do an undercut design on my girl, they said they could but they were pretty busy since it was the day before school. My husband took our daughter over and they said they could not do the simple line design. I then called them and they told me to take my "son" to a barber. They then proceeded to tell me they never told me that over the phone. 1. I told them twice over the phone it was for a girl. 2. They saw my daughter in person and still said "son". She has long, beautiful blonde hair. 3. I called in advance, asked for a design, they said they had someone onsite that could do it. 4. Their website said there is practically nothing they can't do and they are up to date with the latest styles and trends. Well, that may hold true at other locations but not this one. We have been clients for two years. I will never step foot in this place again until they get with the times and train people to answer client questions on the phone correctly. Please see my picture where it states they are up to date and can handle practically anything.
