  • Bob is beyond excellent. He is more than just honest, he is actively seeking ways to help you. He is like a social worker for cars and their drivers, he seems more interested in helping you make the best possible decision about your car and any needs it may have. I am honestly worried that he does not charge enough! He really listens to your concerns and actually takes them into account. He never assumes that his customers are stupid and actively seeks to educate them. He let's you watch over his shoulder as he works on your car, he explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and appears to be constantly reassessing if it is the right tact or if something different might be done. He also demonstrates an honest and open curiosity about cars! I break parts of my car on purpose to come up with excuses to bring it in ;).
