The doctors here are wonderful. The techs assisting the docs are wonderful. Many of the people you have to speak to either on the phone, checking in, or checking out are just plain rude!!! No empathy almost robotic.
I received a text to make a wellness appointment for my dog saying I missed the appointment ...hmmm...never knew I had an appointment in the first place...so I call at 646pm...and the girl answers by saying Hello, is this an emergency? I say Emergency? No. I just received a text and want to make an appointment. She says back to me well, ok, but we are closing in 10 minutes. I say ok, well, my appointment is for next week or whenever I can get in.
Was she for real? Seriously, please polish up your customer service here. We are dedicated pet owners with wellness plans. Isn't that in itself enough to prove our loyalty to our pets and the company? Now give us the respect we deserve as customers or go get another job that does not demand you to treat people as human beings!!!
