  • I'm only slightly hesitant to give L&A Nails 1 star because my nails do look good, but I had a terrible and unenjoyable experience there last week. I was with a friend and the lady working on her nails was pretty quiet, but mine was so rude and yelled at us a LOT throughout our mani/pedi visit. She was mad we took longer than she wanted choosing a color, even though they weren't busy, mad that my friend accidentally smudged one nail, mad that i asked for warmer water in the foot bath, mad we were paying with debit...yelling about it all. We wanted a nice enjoyable, relaxing girls afternoon and it was not that!!! The nails look good, gel on hands polish on toes. They have quite a small color selection and the tools didn't look like ey were sanitized very well. Also, my lady had a gnarly infected thumb nail that she was rubbing all over my nails and that alone just is a no no. Wouldn't go back, because I don't like paying to get yelled at.
