  • My wife and I were coming off a short sale from 2013 and had to wait until April to apply for a loan. Tom knew this and still showed us houses from January-March, knowing that we couldn't close until late April. He always answers emails or messages very quickly and is excellent about providing updates. He's knowledgable about the market, gave us great advice and even helped us secure our loan by referring us to a fantastic loan officer. Just a great realtor, very personable and relaxed when showing us houses. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell. We closed on 4/20/16.
