  • One word: Crooks! We lived here for one year. The majority of the time spent there was horrific but, we were locked into a lease. Between the awful property management, Pinnacle and the HOA, Community Management Group they could care less about their residents and their safety. Children running around at all hours screaming, police constantly being called on our next door neighbor, coroners notices on neighbor's car, exposed electrical wires in common areas where people could get electrocuted, constant water shutoffs without notice, broken lampposts, entrance gate code changes without notice to tenants, pool area a disaster (gate constantly left open), overflowing dumpsters attracting vermin, cigarette butts everywhere, the list goes on. It's in a nice area if you like being by schools but, don't depend on the staff to be competent in any arena; especially your safety. To top it all off, if you complain about true valid safety concerns, they will illegally evict you for "no reason". They'll take your money and that's about it. 1 star because I liked a few of our neighbors; the rest of the tenants changed every 3 months.
