Another trip to Vegas for work had me staying at the Wynn. I don't expect much of Vegas. Just lots of cheesiness and overly decorative hotels..... and women.
I was happily surprised by this hotel. I liked the landscaping the best. A beautiful atrium full of flowers and shrubs gives a bit of freshness from the normal dry desert landscape.
We stayed in the Tower Suites of the hotel that overlooked the golf course. A spectacular view from the wall of windows makes it easy for you just sit there with a glass of wine or a cup of tea to take it all in. The room itself was large and comfortable with 2 bathrooms for us to prepare ourselves for a long day of hobnobbing with vendors. The beds were fantastic. Loved the fact that they give you the option of using either hard or soft pillows. They offer both.
The hotel staff were all accommodating and pleasant. Never needed a thing and if I did, it was a phone call away. We got the concierge to change our dinner reservations for a later time at the last minute without any explanations needed.
The only negative was that the luxury boutique options were not as extensive as Ceasars. Chloe, Manolo, Chanel, and a couple of others but we still cabbed to Ceasars to get our shopping on. There is a mall across the street but I'm not a mall shopper. I'm too snobby for that. Kidding. I'm not snobby, I just know what I like.
Maybe a lil snobby.
