  • While the service was good and I have no complaints with the technician, I recently experienced a large number of scorpions. As I had been told numerous times, the service is under warranty.........so I tried to call to get them to come out again. I spent the whole day calling at various times from morning until late afternoon to reach a human on the phone to schedule a follow up visit. I could only reach a human if I wanted to initiate new service or cancel my contract...... Finally, I just called another pest control company and called back to Terminix to cancel my contract. The new company is coming out for a significantly cheaper price and will be coming out monthly.
