  • This place was not informative. Nor was it stocked with the items I needed. I drove over a half an hour to get to this place after I had called previously before my drive to ask if they had what I needed. The girl was not knowledgeable, she seemed rude and ditsy. And when I specifically asked her for the type and color of extension I needed, she said absolutely they have them. Well after I drove there, was not allowed to bring my purse in, I asked where to find what I needed. Needless to say, nothing was there. Not what I had asked for. And nothing even close. I had to drive a half hour the other direction to a new place. And then I was late for my hair appointment. In the future, it would be wise for the employees to understand their products and what they carry. And if they do not know, to ask someone who does. This could have been avoided.
