  • I've been a customer in this shop for more than 3 years. Have had many different manicurist as they cannot seem to keep employees in this shop. At any rate, I ended being a client of Tony's, he took great care of my nails and feet. Not sure what happened, but he left for quite awhile and his wife Tiffany, became my manicurist. I often don't make appointments because my schedule changes so I usually would call on my way and she, Tiffany, would say "come on in". For the last 6 months every time I've come in and gotten fills/pedi, she has had to leave to run an errand or pick up her son. I get that you have to pick up your child but why at the expense of a customer. Then she would "pawn" me off on someone new saying "they really good". Some were, but others were not. I've had shoddy looking nails and bad pedicured. There is one guy in there I've told her is never to touch my hands ad he did fills once and all of my fingers bled within 2 days. I continued to go back when her sister, Annie came on board, but Tiffany did not want her sister to do my nails for some reason. She also did my eyebrow waxing. Last week was the last straw, I went by after getting off work and they were not busy (4:30pm). Tiffany said to go ahead and get in the spa bowl for my pedicure and she would return shortly as she had to pick up her son. When she returned, I was still in the spa with the guy who I didn't want touching my nails now doing my feet. He was very rough and used a callous remover, (never have I needed this before). As a result, both of my feet have been hurting and very tender to the touch since then. Anyway, she proceeded to walk around in the shop and eat Pizza that another employee had gone out and purchased. Then another customer came in at 5:30pm saying she had an appointment with Tony and she had a flight to catch at 7:30pm. Tony was still busy with the client in his chair so Tiffany decided to make me wait until she finished with now another client. I waited for a short time but then told the guy who did my pedicure to please right up my ticket, Tiffany said "oh no I'm going to do your nails when I finish with her, just wait a few minutes, she had an appt." I said "no" and when she questioned why, I told her that she has put me off one too many times and that I was tired of being treated as a second class client, and yes, all the staff and clients in the shop heard me although I was very calm in my speech. The appointment was not with her. I will not return to this shop due to Tiffany and her uncaring and rushed treatment of client. Tony and Annie are superb, and if I could guarantee one of them to do my nails, I would return. However, since Tiffany decides who does your nails and pedicures even when you request a specific person, I doubt I will return. She needs to treat customers as people and not as a herd of cattle. Oh and yes, every time I came in, the prices were different until I called her on it.
